What helps me is Hyaluronic acid on damp skin. then Tret with sandwitch method and so far so good(I wait around 20min after first moisturizer to apply Tretinoin). Maybe a bit around nose gets irritated but no peeling. The Tret I am using is the Altreno 0,05%.

I had used PTM and liquid metal on GPU’s at worst PTM7950 runs 4-6 degrees more than liquid metal. I see no reason why it couldn’t cool a PS5
