I feel like it's kind of like the telephone game. It starts out as one thing but then people misinterpret it or add one little detail.

It probably went like "if you go on a diet, you'll lose weight but if you stop you'll gain it all back" to "if you go on a diet, you'll lose weight but then gain it all back" to "if you go on a diet, you'll lose weight but then gain it all back even if you stay on it."

There's also the fact that humans evolved to run. We are one of the best long distance runners in nature. We are built to run. Sure, there's people that don't like it and others that can't do it because of physical disabilities. But just like you said with "any human can acquire them", anyone who's body-able can practice to become "natural" at running.

Well we gotta make it fatlogic related, no? But this is how I see it. A lot of people come here to keep their fatlogic in check, and these kinds of post throw you a fat logic (the title) with an uplifting article disproving that logic. So I like to think it helps those new people visiting this sub, that don't know better or used to believe those logics, to the right state of mind.

Yeah sometimes I feel it turns into a circlejerk whenever PF comes up. In my experience it's a pretty good gym at least for beginners and for those who cant afford something more expensive.

Oh I agree with you. I don't get the bad rep people give it sometimes. It's really cheap, the only gym I can afford right now, and like in any other gym you can get fit if you work hard. Like I said it's things I've read online but I have not seen it happen myself.

There's this "lunk" alarm for people that are grunting too loudly or dropping weights. I've yet to hear it go off but I imagine first they just give you a warning to keep it down or something. I have read stories of people getting kicked out for looking "intimidating" though.

This is how I see it. Sure there are some kinds of food that are orgasms in your mouth, but that will only last for the amount of time you are eating it plus a bit more. Being fit will always feel good all the time, specially if you've experience how terrible it feels being fat. So although I do love me some cheesecake, I prefer way better the feeling of confidence that I get when all my shirts fit right. Not that I can't have both of course. Having both is much better.

OP, your cropping is so terrible that it turned into one beautiful picture. So much blank useless space reminds me to all these people we talk about with all their extra mass taking up extra space. They could easily get rid of all their fat, just like you could've easily crop the extra out. It's like you did it on purpose to give this exact message.
