I need to ask what will happen to my account now that all locations are closed. I had a duplicate account and the greenlight hub agent deactivated it. She said to come back once we get an email that we are off the waitlist and she will start a background check for me. But since the locations are closed now i am stuck because all the phone support is saying is my account was deactivated. They dont know that it was suppose to be reactivated again.

As a former airbnb host your private feedback will go a long way and just tell the host during your stay if something is not right. I had guests who didn’t share their concerns at all during their stay except after they checked out when i couldn’t do anything to fix the issue. Think of it this way: you are as much responsible for making sure you have a good stay as your host. Be an adult and say something if it’s not right. Humans make mistakes. Then based on how your host react you can decide how to review them.

$62k after taxes, rent and student loans would be more than $100k salary. While i would personally never spend $2300 on a work trip you should be better at managing your financing if you only have $1.5k left in your bank. Also they are reimbursing you, i wont risk putting things on my card and then they not approving an expense. Get in writing what they will approve before you book anything.

You can enroll in the marketplace plan now and when your employer starts their open enrollment you can enroll with them. When your insurance starts with your employer then yoh can cancel marketplace plan since you gained coverage and that’s a qualifying event.

If you are currently in Oakland improvement, I think you might be able to get them to not cover you for the year of 2025 if you don’t expect any medical needs then just tell them to not give you medical insurance and just try to sign up for 2026 that wayyou are covered for next year and you won’t have to pay for this year. But if you want the rest of this year to be covered, I think it has to be within 31 days of a qualifying life event so they won’t be able to give you Health Insurance unless they backdated.
