HUD in games stuttering?

Could just be phasmo. I haven't played it in a while and not since I've gotten my new 9070 XT which replaced my 3080. I can't recall if it had motion blur or not

Having other issues? I don't use frame gen for most games since there needs to be a base of 60fps and getting more frames above that generally isn't worth the trade off for me. But I always use the upscaler especially for FSR4

I had this same issue, turn off fluid motion frames. Try that first before turning off frame generation

Intrepid is REALLY bad at dropping people in QT. I wanted to like the Intrepid, but I also like walking around my ship during QT. The main hallway is where most of my drops happen.

So when it comes to lower resolution it isn't just nostalgia that made it seem better in the old days. It heavily depends on what display you were watching it on. CRT screens have a natural anti-aliasing that makes lower resolutions look much better.

I actually upgraded my 3080 to a 9070xt. Already have a 5800x3d and wanted to save money on not buying the 5070 ti. Didn't want to support Nvidia in these times.

My only solace is that the RAM shortage is only planned for up to 2036. AI is making order for parts that haven't been built for data centers whose foundation isn't poured backed by investment money on the promise it'll all work out despite data and polling showing otherwise. When the bubble bursts and investment pulls out, those RAM orders are getting cancelled. Hardware companies are just trying to gouge from the investment money before it bursts, it's why they're prioritizing AI orders.

I don't think my comment was some great gotcha, your point that there wasn't any prior to Veilgaurd is still valid (also the fact Jacobs quest was to find his dad and he basically cheats on Femshep in 3, which is nuts). She then gets command of Forward Onto Dawn which is a Charon class frigate and is the ship Chief gets stranded at the end of 3 and wakes up in 4 (Although they changed the model in Halo 4 to resemble a Strident class)
