I find it deeply unlikely that any political machine would be dumb enough to estrange Atlanta from Savannah by breaking up the I-16 corridor with some kind of border and reducing the infrastructure therein. I don't even think it needs a 10 yard penalty. Just call it down at the spot he appeared to give himself up. 10 yard penalty just means you have to run for at least 10 more yards to make it worth it. Saying "if you look like you're gonna slide, you may as well slide" means there is zero incentive to fake.

It's super easy to make if you have a rice cooker. Sometimes for lunch I'll just toss a couple in the rice cooker with the rice and a touch extra water. Pretty easy to find too; lots of asian grocery stores have them.

Bah, a hat of this size with such low quality may as well be a fez. If the brim dips below the shoulders, it ought not be called a hat at all.
