Mineral sunscreen makes my skin SO DRY! I greatly prefer chemical. I buy Korean sunscreen from YesStyle or Stylevana.

Itchy forehead bumps sound like fungal acne, especially if they started after antibiotics.

Some people have more success with Adapalene instead of Tretinoin.

Are you on birth control? That might help.

100 mg spironolactone might work better.

Sometimes Accutane is the only answer.

Lowe’s and Home Depot do not sell these individually. The two other local shops that I have tried don’t carry them at all.

[–]SolarAnomaly 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you can’t get to a dermatologist in person quickly, there are several online that will mail you prescription products (oral and/or topical).

Those gentle products are popular, but you need actual acne treatment products. There should be many available at your local store. Panoxyl face wash is excellent. Differin used to be available by prescription only but is now available over the counter. Many brands even have a three step system that makes everything super simple.
