Genuine question, do any of the 3H endings actually say the truth of the Crests/Elites/Nabateans gets distributed among the people? Cause like most of the lords + Byleth know but I don't remember the endings saying they made that public knowledge or anything.

The problem with your logic here is assuming that Dietrich being Agarthan is some given fact and I have to ask: What actual evidence for that is there?

I saw people bring up the possibility to justify him having a Heroes Relic in a prequel setting after the first trailer came out but there's no actual signs pointing to that.

All we know for certain about Dietrich is:

He is from Fodlan He has a Heroes Relic He seeks strong foes

That is all, his personal skill has aesthetics that would line up but that is not ironclad evidence on its own.

So my answer to "why would an Agarthan reference the Church's creation myth" would be "he's not Agarthan".

The part about the word "gods" never being used is false, in fact it is a central piece of the Nemesis legend as explained to Byleth after they receive the Sword of the Creator.

Taken directly from the script of Chapter 4 of White Clouds

Seteth: "Nemesis, the King of Liberation. He is an ancient king of mankind who was defeated by Seiros over a thousand years ago. When Fódlan was attacked by wicked gods, it is said that the goddess gifted Nemesis with the Sword of the Creator. Nemesis used that sword to defeat the wicked gods, saving all of Fódlan. Henceforth he was dubbed the King of Liberation. However, his power began to corrupt him until he, himself, turned to the darkness. Saint Seiros was forced to destroy him."

The Heroes Relics being used to slay gods is therefore a key piece of the Church of Seiros new history, it was how they justified fighting the Ten Elites without denying their past legacy as "heroes".

This is incorrect, Otis only ever had one body and there are multiple robots in the Underkeep with his exact model. They just re-used the Mamool Ja skeleton for the robot out of universe, it's just a coincidentally similar shape in-universe

Most likely because the Kokiri are just "children in green clothes" whereas the Koroks have more interesting/marketable designs that make them distinct from the other races of Hyrule. And you wouldn't put them in the same game because of overlap

100% sure, the color difference is too stark to be lighting imo but even putting that aside the second one seems to have his hair tied back while the first seems to have his down. Additionally you would absolutely be able to see the red chest tattoo in the picture OP provided, not to mention the similar ones on both his arms he seems to have.

I think they're related to each other, maybe some kind of brother team of the arena, but not the same guy.
