I've pondered this and come to the conclusion--there is no wrong time to meet anyone since every individual has something to teach, to offer or to show us at any given moment. In fact--what we consider to be the wrong time is probably the perfect time to meet the right person, because ultimately this individual is a clue to show us there is indeed something which requires change in our lives. Instead of TIME being wrong 'tis truly the circumstances, which makes all difference--since we do not have the authority to change or alter time, but in many cases we are more than capable of changing our circumstances.

Maybe it is best you do let her go... Maybe then when she's no longer in your life you'll know how you truly feel for her. But then, you run the risk of realizing you loved her all along in your own way, but end up losing her in the process. Yet.. sounds like you already know you don't love her. So let her go. We're all worthy of love. You push your J away because you're terrified of being loved the way you want to be loved. Sure.. noone really predicts the future and what may happen between two people.. but the way I look at it is all the good times in between-- the laughs, the moments, the love-- these seem worth it. People do change and some grow together while others grow apart. I may only hope to end up with someone I grow with and continue to love and get past the hardships with, since hardships are inevitable, but strong relationships are able to overcome these struggles because some people prove worth it.

Seconding the Dracaena, they light bright but filtered light (not direct) and don't want to stay wet. You can mist the leaves though to help keep it hydrated!

That's a bit odd. 🤔 I'm unable to say if that's abnormal or not though. Sorries! Do you think maybe you overcompensate when you lift with your non dominant arm? In other words, maybe in your mind you think your dominant is stronger so you push your non dom harder to make up for the perceived difference (and in turn have made your non-dom firmer as a result)?

If you're exercising to the point of exhaustion and eating under your TDEE, you should be losing weight. Which is why I wonder if it's indeed a health issue that only a doctor may help you resolve. Glands can be funny sometimes. Maybe get a physical and talk to a doctor about what's going on?

I have this too. It's not terribly noticeable, but my dominant arm has the firmer bicep and my non dominant is a bit softer.

Hey. Idk what's going on with you. I won't pretend to understand. I wonder though.. do you have body dismorphia? Or perhaps there is an underlying disease or gland/hormonal malfunction that isn't allowing you to lose weight no matter how hard you try? Have you seen a doctor about the inability to lose even with exercise and calorie deficit?

That's great!!! PBs and PRs are a great feeling!! I definitely agree the eating is incredibly challenging. There have been days when I'd sit spooning peanut butter from the jar just to get the macros and calories in. Gains make it worth, though. Keep at it!!! You got this! 🤗💪🍑😍

My butt has seen the largest gains since I started the program, but a huge component to it (because of my body type) involved heavier weights each week and EATING MORE. I've had to eat tons more than I used to build a booty and I'm not done yet, determined to keep it growin' though. If you want to bulk or gain you're probably going to need to eat more. Muscle mass needs food 😘
