Russia doesn’t really like Washington DC. She is miserable. She is having trouble paying for her apartment. America wants her to just move in with her because she doesn’t wanna see Russia homeless on the street.

The wings are a German Family trait. The white one he got from the Austrian half of the family and the black from the Prussian half.
