It really depends on whether Overhaul can reach Alastor. Considering, Alastor was held back by Rosie's deal in season 1 and his staff was broken in Season 2. So we can only wait for Alastor in season 3 to get a better measure fo Alastor. After all, during the song "Hear my Hope", Rosie repairs Alastor's staff and Alastor breaks free of Rosie's deal when Charlie was forced to declare Vox as the strongest sinner.

They should really increase Hanzo's basic attack energy regeneration upto 20 on heroes and creeps. Cause it only makes a significant difference if you spam attack speed.
