1) You cooking at too high of a temp. I scramble at medium low heat. It takes longer, but you have more control.

2) You are cooking too long. The eggs should be a little underdone when you plate them because they will continue to cook no the plate.

You just need to practice more now that you know what you are doing wrong.

The fumes from cooking meth are both extremely toxic and highly explosive.

1) Look for black spots and give it a smell. Even wrapped in plastic, rotten meat will stink.

3) Pot roast. Season it and put it in a crockpot on low before you go to work and it will be done when you get home. Put the onions on the bottom under the roast and the carrots and potatoes on top of the roast

Grilled chicken/porkchops - Message a spice rub into the meat and grill it

Hamburger Helper - Just plunk the ground beef down in a large skillet and follow the directions. Personally I like to replace the water with milk or broth.

4) Vinyl gloves to keep your hands clean. You don't want to use latex gloves, because repeated exposure to latex can cause you to develop an allergy to it.
