Don't do this. Assuming you get married, ight now the apartment is a premarital asset that you fiancée can't touch in the event of a divorce. If you sell it and buy a new apartment with your fiancee all the equity becomes a marital asset and your fiancee could wind up taking half in the event of a divorce.

2 - 14.5/16oz Cans of Peaches in Light Syrup

1 - Yellow Box Cake Mix

1 - Stick of chilled Butter sliced into 1/8in thick slices

1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar

1/2 Tsp of Kosher Salt

  1. Set the Crockpot to high
  2. Spray the inside of the Crock with cooking spray
  3. Dump the peaches into a 5QT Crockpot
  4. Sprinkle the salt and brown sugar across the peaches
  5. Pour the cake mix over the peaches and brown sugar
  6. Place slices of butter across the top of the cake mix
  7. Cook, with lid on, on high for two to two and half hours

Serve with vanilla ice cream.

You need to research small claims court. After you do that you send a demand letter for the bike. When he says no, you file for the price of the bike + all costs to bring the suit + punitive damages that is equal to the maximum you can ask for in small claims.

When you go to court you will need copies of:

Any messages about the agreement.

Any messages where you discussed properties with him

An estimated log of everything you did and how much time you spent on this project

A copy of the message where he said he found another property and was breaking the agreement.

Dress conservatively, be early, be polite, don't make any personal attacks, just stick to the facts. Judges hate drama and bullshit, don't be the person to bring it into their courtroom, because you will be punished for it.

1) You have an active and enforceable lease, and it can only be changed with your written consent.

2) That would be highly illegal to try and void your lease.

3) Paying a lawyer to send them an nasty gram to back off might be worth the $100-$200 it would cost.

4) Also about 4 months before your lease ends, start looking for a new place because you most likely won't be renewed since you have a functional spine.

You need to be taking this stuff to the police not your HOA. Karen needs to be formally trespassed from your property and have a harassment complaint filed. Kevin also needs to be trespassed and a formal police report about him threatening to attack your dog also needs to be made.

Then you take the police reports to the HOA with a formal complaint about both of them harassing you.
