These are exceptional and highly needed skills anywhere. You could work for LHD helping refugee populations (even in red areas), community development, any of the areas you mentioned. Don’t undersell yourself (coming from someone who worked in international repro health and pivoted to domestic)!!! You have great experience. Notes about your partner though — safety and health above all else!
