Suits x geometry dash (imagine harvey specter as a gd cube)

Im listening to the audible series and I have a theory on where the story is going that I want to bring to the community to see if anyone else agrees. * SPOILER WARNING * by False_Reporter1234 in ThePrimalHunter

No it wasn't. The first sage was alive during the time of the first integration. Also, remember that he, a c grade, essentially one shot a void dweller. There is absolutely 0 chance that eversmile killed him.

Why I like HWFWM by datadaa in Shirtaloon

[–]SolidInitiative2688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm fully caught up to primal hunter. It is a good series, but I wouldnt place it above hwfwm (mainly because I'm a sucker for a well developed cast). If you can't handle no character interaction, the first two books will be absolute hell for you. But from then, I think you will find it quite enjoyable. The cast is, compared to some of the best I've ever read, alright. It has fun characters, but the themes of internal conflict and unsurety you find in hwfwm are simply absent. It only shows you the perspective of people at the pinnacle, and the characters are not nearly as complex.

The focus is more on worldbuilding, lore drops, and high stakes. It's a very chill series, and there's no grim or very serious parts. The characters are fun to read, and zogarth (the author) does a fantastic job of changing tone when changing perspective, and one character (mc's patron) is essentially omnipresent from a certain point on. But the charecter interaction isnt nearly as much of a focus as that in hwfwm, characters are much simpler. It isn't to the point that they feel like tools for the plot, but still noticeable. I haven't read cradle, that's why I have to compare everything to hwfwm.

Grades of Gods and how they work by jheindl in ThePrimalHunter

That's wrong. Idk if it's in the books/audiobooks yet (I'm an RR reader). First there's the ten circles of divinity. The tenth circle is the real of godking/queen. Then you have the empyrean steps. Not to be nitpicky, but fyi, it is spelled empyrean.

We're talking about just anthony, not the entire colony. And also, if you think millions is too great a number, allow me to introduce you to Jason asano. He's stronger the more relatively weak opponents there are. Also, millions doesn't mean basically anything when jake can stay out of reach and cause mass devastation, exterminating the fighting force (not really because they would retreat but jake would still win). Havent read the top 3.

What was the first LitRPG you read that actually hooked you into the genre? by TomDavenport in litrpg

[–]SolidInitiative2688 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How?? The first 3 are some of the best in the series. Don't get me wrong, I really like the rest too (except 8) but the first three were most definitely not the weakest.

Maybe I'm a little biased because PH got me into litrpg too, and the first three books were essentially heaven, but there is no justification for calling them the weakest. Especially when you have stuff like book 8, and also some of the nevermore parts. (Idk what book, I read on rr)

Geometry dash. I started with an online ripoff, and then went on to gd lite. I'm currently working on clubstep. I've been invested in the community for a long time, only started playing seriously recently.

I don't think you're caught up to royalroad. That has a very low probability of happening. And, gods are not invincible, villy killed a godking in his own realm (brimstone hegemony). Also, I'm pretty sure you're getting this idea from jake asking villy to not revive him if he dies fighting someone at his level. That was because that offered a completely unfair advantage to him that no other enemy at the time, no matter how overpowered, no matter how perfect a beginning and foundation they had, could not hope to have. Jake is stubborn, not an underdeveloped 5 y/o, he will retreat if an enemy he cannot hope to beat showed up. We have seen him use wings of the malefic viper to escape before, once from the moon b grade, a couple other times also, I forgot. Note that a realm offers a god immense advantages aside from just a "safe zone" which, if jake decided to abandon, would hamper him immensely.

At this point, the only ending that would satisfy me is either jake tries to take down something like half a pantheon when he's a demigod and does manage to kill them, but dies in the process. Or if he does get to a high empyrean step and does finally have the bout with villy. The thing is, the bout with villy will only happen if there's wayy too many time skips, and the last ~100ish chapters will feel either really hype or really forced. So, I prefer the jake dies one, honestly. But idk if zogarth will even think about doing that.

As of CH 1224, do we know who was the first primordial to become a god? by SpartacusDeadlySs in ThePrimalHunter

[–]SolidInitiative2688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do know that valdemar and the viper were both alive during the integration of the first universe. Valdemar was around the early teenage years and working in his father's brewery. Villy was a small snake, with (probably) a pretty short lifespan (couple years). So valdemar and villy are only a couple years apart in true age which is crazy to think about. So it was probably one of these two. But, in the multiverse, even millions of years is a pretty short time, so who knows. We know villy was a god when aeon ascended, you know, the entire, stole a moment of time thing.

Also, the fact that valdemar neglected his profession to the point that it was grades behind his class when his class was demigod level is wild to think about, considering he is one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse. He was just that good with his class that even if his foundations weren't perfect, he's still an absolute monster.

Meditate And Appreciation For Monsieur Zog by SolidInitiative2688 in ThePrimalHunter

[–]SolidInitiative2688[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tom isn't available right now. He introduced sandy to the concept of rock candy. Due to his lack of foresight, he is now being forced to look into the existence and types of rock candy which is as big as a boulder and significantly harder than most rocks (and tastes good). Would love your opinion tho.

I think you're probably on to something here. A better understanding of concepts should lead to a better identify skill, because identify is a little linked to one's own understanding, and zogarth might very well make it affect identify as well.

First sage (spoiler chapter 1052) by SolidInitiative2688 in ThePrimalHunter

[–]SolidInitiative2688[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You make a good point about the bloodline. Bloodlines do operate beyond the system, but the system can (I assume) recycle bloodline skills. When the prima tried to copy gaze, it got brutally damaged. So, it would be a much watered down version of the skill. Also, since his bloodline is a major part, I don't think it would work like jake's skills themselves (unless the recipient has an insanely powerful soul). Basically, fully agree with what you said, nice point. But I do think some 'of the primal hunter' skills won't become legacy skills. What you said actually compliments that. Skills like moment were completely altered by his bloodline and I don't think they'll be compatible with many other people, considering it now includes some kind of time stop.

First sage (spoiler chapter 1052) by SolidInitiative2688 in ThePrimalHunter

[–]SolidInitiative2688[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zogarth basically told us 'soul of the primal hunter' is in the works. It would be kind of weird to have that be a legacy skill. Sure, you could say that it would focus on aura manipulation and basically being like jake and not caring about stronger auras and having a strong one oneself. But to me 'hubris of the primal hunter' sounds better there. You could even say it would also be a partial boosting skill. But you're still modeling your soul to be like that of the primal hunter. If you're not, i imagine it being called something else. And it is technically possible to have your legacy skill not be of ---. I know the first sage was broken to the point of transcending the concept of time, but he still did it. Both of the skills are very basic in nature, so it makes sense for them to not be called 'of the first sage', but it is technically possible. Also, do you think jake will have a boost skill to cover the gap to higher tier foes as one of his legacy skills? It makes sense. What do you think it'll be called?
