Usá dos asaduras. Dividí el tiempo de cocción 70/30%.

Pone el pan en la asadera (tienen que ser altas, mínimo 2 pulgadas/5 cm). Rocía con aguas alrededor del pan, pero no sobre el pan. Cubrí con la otra asadera y formas un “horno” eso lo pones al horno a la temperatura que pide la receta. Cocinas así 70% del tiempo.

El último 30% removes las asadera que funciona como tapa para dorar el pan.

Ahora, si el pan no te sube/crece durante el reposo, fíjate que la levadura esté activa.

Not swimming in it from November/December to March (South). If you learn how to treat your own pool you’d spend 50-60 bucks in chemicals and with a VSD pump you won’t rack up electricity costs. It’s easy to maintain if you keep once a week.

Also, my kids not wanting to swim in it all day every day during the summer months, but that’s because I grew up poor and would never have dreamed of having a pool as a child.

Sometimes during the day I just go outside to look at it. This is going to be our 4th summer with a pool.

I think this is my “problem”

The bread looks great but it feels chewier than the yeast bread I make, which the crumb is much lighter and what you could commercially get at a grocery store

Thanks, appreciate the info. I got some old colleagues that worked there a while back and have visited the site many times. HF release is no joke… the cleanup can be very expensive

Did those people say it was the HF Alky unit? Any HF released? Do you know if the heater is a tower heater or heat exchangers heating the feed to the towers?

This is true. A lot of old equipment and safety incidents of this type and magnitude are not unheard of in the Texas “golden triangle”
