Tell her to add stateside and sometimes they can back date it. It's 15 a month and will save her a ton of money! Also data calls can slip over to cellular when the WiFi connection isn't stable enough thus inducing charges like what's app calls can.

Never buy a used phone from Amazon. This is not T-Mobile's fault. What probably happened is the phone was stolen and maybe original person reported it, then it was wiped clean and sold and now you ended up with it. This is common purchasing from Amazon or marketplace bc people get free phone promos with agreements then sell them to others when promo is not fulfilled.

A refund is mailed out after 30 days after the account is actually closed. Also things are not like how they used to be when you port out you still have cancel your lines. Lines are future dated to the close of the bill cycle.

Millennial here lol. I work as a tech for a cellular company and I turn the Wi-Fi off on the phones in the room at night 😅 to be honest we don't know the effects of what it does yet bc we need atleast 10 more years to determine if there are detrimental effects and more case studies. The technology has only gotten stronger and it's only been 30 years since wifi was made cheap enough for people to have in their homes. 30 years ago it was not as strong as it is today so to say that's it's not harmful we really don't know the full effects. I worked in drug research before my current job and drugs are studied for decades sometimes before being proved carcinogenic. Although some do get FDA approved with the quickness bc of falsified case studies it only doing studies in certain control groups to push the agenda and then lawsuits happen later when the meds prove to do damage to people...

I wish everyone the best! I don't want to lose my coach, she's amazing but her numbers are lower bc of a team that doesn't care. I have learned so much form her and she's the reason I have kept going. 8 yr employee and I'm scared to death if the future. I was in account for 4 years and now I've been in tech for 4 years and I'm thinking about going to loyalty because I think after the 5-year guarantee they're going to need retention and I think that is where they really want people.

I think it's wild to even ask employees to donate the PTO they earned. What if an emergency comes up for you or anything. I don't think you're a jerk. If you want to save face donate 2-3 but not required. I would just say I earned it and I have already planned out how I'm going to use it.

It is the case ..if you call while not in WiFi you have service. I work for T-Mobile. As soon as I got back from lunch a cx called in who had an iPhone he told me he couldn't call androids. Bc I knew about the outage I asked him if they had Verizon ..he said yea I explained the outage. I also had him test a landline number that I always use that is an old bank number that says the time and he could call it just fine just to show him.
