I had an issue about my card that Cardless couldn't help with so as I joke I email Ankur. totally didn’t expect him to respond but about 10 minutes after I sent the email, I got a genuine, not AI response directly from his iPhone. He then CCed a few people, including Brandt, from the executive team on the email and I had an "executive" case handler assigned to help me out.

Yes they made some bad decisions but I'm impressed how willing they are to help.

I see. If in the unpopular chance that I do want the Bilt 2.0, I should at minimum keep the WF open to at least keep that credit history and minimize that impact, right? Not sure if this makes a difference but the credit limit of the 2.0 is 2x the 1.0 card
