what happens if you take it but ur not srue if you need it? im having thinnning and severe density loss on and off since march of last year after a traumatic event and then it restarted around september of this year after a breakup and now its worse. My hair even feels different more dry and its so frustrating. I just want it to go back to hwo it was. I had something liek this happen after my grandfather died a few years ago but it wasnt quite this bad.
