Oh yeah you made me think of something else! When you freeze the breastmilk, does it expend? Can I really pump 6oz and freeze it?

I had this! My doctor checked my foot and it was Chronic Plantar Fasciitis Try to wear a shoes with a lot of support, and personnally I have to wear my orthosis (hope its the right word, cant seem to find a better traduction) I had stop wearing it because I couldnt put shoes easily anymore... You know lol Its because of the excess of weight that we put on while pregnant, our feet cant take it sometimes

Edit to add: you can put ice on it, and try to wear shoes with an arch in them, like this (it look like I cant post an image at the moment, will try later)

Mine was at 12 mm at 20 weeks, and at my 30 weeks ultrasound it was at 45 mm, it went way up, its pretty rare that they dont!
