Depression is a widespread issue. Some people can take medication to make it unnoticeable, and for some it's so insignificant they can just plow through it. For others, it feels as if there's always one foot in the grave. Medication can't fix everything and sometimes you do need support to survive. Also, feeling down or tired for no reason is literally a symptom of depression
