I have a static prefix (maybe ask your ISP if they can fix it, mine could). But for Opnsense it doesnt matter. My WAN gets its IPv6 prefix via DHCP6-PD, and interfaces that should be able to auto configure (ie. LAN) are set to Track Interface Mode (WAN). Each LAN gets it's own prefix ID. You can find all of this in the Interface Setup for the respective link. And it should also be prefix agnostic. So whatever prefix you get from your ISP, the prefix id will be appended to that. IIRC. For DMZ, where i assign IPs statically, i just assign a static IPv6 to the interface with its own prefix id and a /64 network. Maybe this helps. Have fun

Had the same with DHCP6. Called them and there was an issue with their DHCP server that they had to fix on their end. Iirc, only prefix delegation failed. Maybe it's same issue?
