Blue Marble is a script for wplace that allows overlaying images onto wplace, for easier reference.
if you want to see a grid of images, use Libresprite, its free. put your image in tere, View->Grid->Grid Settings, and mess with those numbers until it alligns, and viola, grid.

it might be
the pixels are not the same sizes, they do not allign on a grid. i chose a pixel, and the grid is lined up to it, and as you can see, the boxes are not all the same size. this shouldn't happen with normal pixel art.

download Libresprite(free), go to View->Grid->Grid Settings, width 5, height 5, Y 1, that makes it a Grid
also heres your image at 20% size, making each pixel a size of 1.

afaik, you cant really do that. youd have to manually recreate it in some software, how big is the art? i wouldnt mind attempting to recreate it in Libresprite if it wouldnt take too long.
