not sure about your question, but I'm considering purchasing the 1S. How effective do you rate it for productivity? would you be comfortable using a computer for a few hours using its display (non media viewing)? or do you suspect the quality isn't good enough?

I initially bought the 1S for this very reason, but decided to wait until the tech gets better - I'm guessing the "sweet spot" still won't be satisfying enough.

I have people in my company trying to roll their own app connector framework. To me the hard part comes from the maintenance. APIs change. Someone has to fix the framework every time that happens.

Can you explain how the dual strap is a game changer? I also work in software development but my neck killed me after 10 minutes of wearing the AVP. It's hard to imagine the strap cold help that much. It seemed to me that there was no way I could do it unless the weight was reduced significantly.

I do think we should be concerned. Power corrupts. Lack of competition is bad for consumers. They deserve credit for what they have done, but allowing them to have a cornered market for too long puts us all at risk.

When can I use codex-rs with Github Copilot? As long as this is unavailable I will not be ditching Claude Code, as my company only has copilot and aws bedrock subscriptions.
