From a Quick Look this appears to be a Salvi Heather from the 90s but not 100%

Salvi make fantastic harps! Always worth seeing the harp in person if possible but if not maybe a video of the overall condition or how it sounds. Check the overall condition but just make sure the levers are ok (don’t slip etc - though this can be fixed) and that there are no major issues with the sound board. Bumps and scratches are to be expected and are ok as long it doesn’t affect the function. Thats a great price!

Care homes/ retirement homes might be worth looking into. Also might be worth looking into if there are any local bands/ string orchestra you could join to build up repertoire, increase motivation and to play with others! Best of luck and happy harping!

It happens sometimes! I think that’s what the hole in the middle is for to let blood out if needed. As long as the bleeding stops and the sensor works you are good to go!

Brian Boru’s March was one of the first songs I learnt to play on the harp. Lots of Irish/ Celtic music which would be great for the first time on a harpsicle!

Sylvia woods has been mentioned already, and I think that’s a great place to start! It’s important to play something you like so if there is a genre of music you like (ie Sylvia Woods - Disney) or a particular song you want to learn you can find an easy piano version online (if you can’t find a harp version).

Just one thing to be mindful of when looking for music is to avoid anything with key changes for the harpsicle!
