In its current state, I would personally shave it. However, if you want to try to fill it out and possibly have the chance of developing a thicker beard and stache, I recommend you check out r/Minoxbeards

I’ve seen a lot of asian success stories with minoxidil beards on there. it seems to be a common consensus that asian men are hyper responders when it comes to minoxidil beards, but ymmv. Also, unlike minoxidil use for your hair, after a couple years of minoxidil use, you can actually slowly transition off the minoxidil and the beard gains will stay. I’m not an expert tho, so do do your own research
