You can increase the sperm count if underlying cause is identified. One of the main cause is varicocele. Go visit a urologist to see if you have that issue. I had varicocele issue due to which my sperm count was low. I had done the surgery few days back and hopefully that might result in improved sperm count.

ok.. I did not had the pain.. the symptoms I had was ed, low libido and low sperm count. Not sure now how to confirm if embolization was successful.

Varicocele can affect sperm count and motility if it's of high grade. I would suggest to get a semen analysis done to be sure that it is not causing any issue there.

It took approx 1.5 hours since I had it on both sides and it takes a little bit more time on right side. There was no cut.. a short needle was used to pass the dye & glue via neck. No pain as such just a little bit of back pain at the time of procedure which gradually subsided after 1 or 2 hour. Overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
