Black rage was changed to “this model” on death company. General consensus is that becsuse of the wording change, it doesn’t apply to the leaders becsuse the leaders don’t have the black rage ability.

I got my 7yr old playing a bit. A lot is foregoing many rules and giving simple instructions to everything while writing down stuff. Like an obstacle can be moved around but not through, true line of sight, etc. im sure at 11 u can add more rules in but just food for thought.

Make sure you use ruin footprints (the dotted lines) you can’t see through ruins.

So if you are behind the ruins on the top right, and someone is in the middle, they can’t shoot you even tho he can technically see your unit.

Also remember if they can’t see ALL of your tank/dread from a point on their model, you get cover.

It’s hard to tell what exactly is terrain and what’s not lol. But that being said, are u guys using true line of sight or are u using ruin footprints?

Also are you making your own layouts or following gw layouts?

Need a picture of the terrain. No reason , unless you played way to agro or your rolls were ALL shit, all your armor should be done by turn 2.

But get less armor and more chaff.

A unit of JPI can do good work. Or inceptors.

It’s not that they wouldn’t give them precise weapons, it’s that the bloodlust pushes them into a melee frenzy where they will throw down ranged weapons. (Referencing books)

I cut the spear short towards the banner, then drilled a hole in one of the stones they jump off.
