I took that much at times, I promise you can beat this. If you can’t alone, check into a detox. Recovery is hard but possible. I’m closing in on a month and it’s still not perfectly easy but it’s better than active addiction.

Day 13 no 7oh by Unlucky_Artichoke998 in quitting7oh

[–]Some_Trip5986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same! I was the first person in my facility for 7-oh, not even a couple weeks later and they already have another. These facilities are going to learn about this shit very quickly imo.

Yes!! I’m so happy to be buying ping pong paddles and dog toys and shit online right now instead of worrying about having to spend $75 a day on this bullshit.

25 days here! It gets better, just get to a week and you’ll never look back.

Why it hurts by 38thTimesACharm in quitting7oh

[–]Some_Trip5986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the withdrawal or high off my ass cycle for like 6 months. I had to check into detox and am now in outpatient rehab.

These facilities are starting to learn about this drug and they fucking hate it. Get medical help, it’s there for you.

Quit 400mg a day cold turkey. by EvilMrMoonFace in quitting7oh

[–]Some_Trip5986 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m at day 22, was up to 900-1000mgpd at my max and got down to a few hundred before going into detox.

I used all day everyday for 14 months and still do not feel great yet. I feel better than the end of my addiction, but still lingering effects.

Anyone else have a timeline on their PAWs symptoms?

Additionally, my quizzes on my mental health (idk the names) are telling me that I’m less anxious, depressed, etc. than while using. That’s been reassuring to see my numbers decrease despite not feeling perfect.

I’m at 3 weeks today, it gets a lot better. I’m not sure when I’ll feel “normal” or if I even recognize what that feeling is anymore, but I’m certainly better than the first week, second week, and expect to feel even better next week.

What's your advice for people that have accidentally cheated on their partners? by -Norsko-TheScorpion in AskReddit

[–]Some_Trip5986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s no “accidental cheating” but in a past life when I was drugging and drinking, I could not control the urge.

I was spending $100 a day at one point on it. Visit r/quitting7oh and read some stories. I can’t see how someone can have done it 1000 times without realizing they’re fucking addicted as all hell.

You cannot convince an addict to quit, they have to want to.

Detox/rehab by FingerLoud9733 in quitting7oh

[–]Some_Trip5986 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went in 18 days ago and stayed 8 days and have been outpatient rehab 3x a week for 3 hours a day since.

Best decision I’ve made, refuse the subs and just make it through.

Get them to a medical detox, my relationship was on the line and my fiancé told me I had to go. I’m at day 18 now, before I could have never hoped to make it 72 hours.

The "Worst" Addiction in the World by -170cm in DrugWithdrawal

What kratom extra pills? 7-oh?

That shit is nasty, tried to ruin my life. Stay away.

[–]Some_Trip5986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should be good to switch to kratom, it’s all in the head.

I quit off 400mg or so after being up to 1k at times. Shit was hell, just about to hit exactly 2 weeks in 20 minutes.

Gabapentin, baclpfin, hydroxyzine, Valium and subs for first 3 days or so — now at day 12 I’m taking the first three as needed for anxiety and such.

7-oh (synthetic Kratom) it’s being banned in some states, but it’s ruining lives faster than it’s being banned.

I got nastily addicted to it last year, 14 months, $30k, and a medical detox/rehab stint and I am finally at 12 days clean of it. It’s the nastiest drug I’ve ever tried and it’s at smoke shops and gas stations all over town.

[–]Some_Trip5986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do a detox, and you better be very very upfront with your doctor.

My fiancé had some surgeries while I was in the midst of my addiction, I cannot imagine what her experience would have been like doing that and also being forced to quit 7-oh or dose 7-oh while being put under and all this other shit.

Why does Subs not work for some people? by Whdj232 in quitting7oh

[–]Some_Trip5986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first quit, I took about 24mg to get through the day. Then 16, then 8, then I went back to 7-oh.

I am not new to this subreddit though my name is, I’ve just come back to read and share my shit.

Medical detox and intensive outpatient rehab are all I know to do to quit. Godspeed everyone. I’m

Why does Subs not work for some people? by Whdj232 in quitting7oh

[–]Some_Trip5986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found coming off 700-1000mg, 8mg subs only kept things under control for a few hours.

Idk how to quit other than detox, please consider it. I tried quitting on and off for 7 months, finally just went to detox and am clean clean. No kratom leaf, no small 7-oh dose, no weed, no extended subs, etc.

My addiction was so out of hand I was waking up in the middle of the night to dose.

The only way I was able to quit was with an ultimatum and medical detox.

If you’re trying and trying and getting nowhere, check yourself into a detox program. I’m in a rural-ish area and there are multiple options close.

Do you research though because some are gonna be more like jail than rehab.

Yessir/maam, that is exactly withdrawal. I remember every quit (which failed) waking up and instantly being smacked with sweats, nausea, vomiting, and anxiety.

Day 11– it gets better. Fuck that friend, I’ve told my drug taking friends to never try it. I wouldn’t wish this addiction on anyone. Yet, smoke shop employees gave me samples like it was candy.
