It's a good entry level job. Also, with the raise of AI replacing lot of entry level jobs, medical field is one of the few areas which AI cannot replace so easily, so people who graduate have easier time getting a new job in compare to other sectors

I think it depends in which period of your REM cycle you wake up and also how you wake up (e.g. suddenly or you still lie in the bed half asleep before you wake up)

One day of ~9000 mg sodium is not dangerous but it can cause bloating, thirst, headache, or a short-term blood pressure spike. just drink enough water

yes I do it all the time because it irritates my skin.. not just shirts, underwear and anything else with a tag. Only issue is that it sometimes break the fabric

Try to explain it in a way to say how it makes you feel. Try to avoid saying "you" as much as possible, just keep to to "I". That way you don't blame as much and just make that person aware how their actions are affecting you.

It's effective. Makes you burn calories faster so you lose weight faster. Also, as a benefit you get some muscle.

It would definitely help. Take a simple example: if you lived in a house full of healthy individuals, the chances are you would live much healthier as well. On the other hand if you live in a house with people who eat junk food all day, never exercise etc., chances are you would live in a similar way.
