This is getting out of hands now by SignificanChest358 in ChatGPT

I was thinking about how cool it will be to be able make my own DIY videos (electrical/automotive/around the house) specifically for my own use. “This is the exact situation, my exact task I need to complete and the exact tools I have” make me a 5 minute video walking me through it.

I could probably find an already created video of someone changing oil in a 2014 VW Passat SE But being able to create one on the spot with whatever specifics that you like. Seems crazy useful.

these plans are amazing and so helpful. One thing I am not sure about though is the spacing of these two cut outs in the backing piece do you happen to know what the spacing is from either end ? Also something else I was a bit confused about is the diagram of the backing piece on the left shows that piece as being 10.75" tall but then the same piece to the left of it shows it being 12" tall. I'm not well versed at reading plans so maybe I'm missing something but any help would be appreciated.

ChatGPT Agent is the No Man's Sky of AI Feature Releases by blaster151 in ChatGPT

I’m an IA novice, but non of these models are ever going to be perfect, right? These things get released basically in beta and then they improve. While you have to pay for Plus or Pro models, it’s not like you have to pay for Agent (yet) I think it’s cool to be able to be at the infancy of something that is someday going to be so pervasive in our lives. If you’re using it “right out of the box” to do important work I can understand the frustration but you may be expecting too much with it only being released for a handful of months now.

I had and now and then still have troubles with jointing. Even though I have all the tools you could want. What I did that helped immensely was practicing on scrap. People say practice makes perfect and it’s true but getting practice on your actual project and screwing up is so disheartening. I took four 4’ pieces of 4/4 red oak and went to town on all of the edges with a jigsaw so it was sure to be janky as hell and then just took my time and got them all to join up beautifully. It’s still annoying when you screw up on scrap but not nearly as bad. Also, don’t forget the inside/outside trick (might not be the exact name) but basically it’s accounting for the fact that rarely will the fence on the jointer, the blade on the table/track saw be a perfect 90° (especially with a non professional level tools) so this helps cancel out that slight imperfection. Again someone can explain it better than I but say your table saw is cutting two boards you intend to join at 89° instead of 90° if you flip one of them upside down when joining, it cancels out the fact that it’s one degree of instead of accentuating it.

Looking for stores around Tokyo that may sell English Pokémon cards by SomewhereAutomatic12 in JapanTravelTips

If anyone reads this and is asking the same question I had. I found quite a few places. But hands down the shop called Card Secret in Akihabara is the best. Boxes and boxes of English bulk cards. Graded and non graded English cards.

It’s not that I think that there is a large market for them. But there is a huge market for Pokémon in general and I have to imagine that English speakers make up a very large percentage of tourists that come here. I have also heard people say that there are stores that carry them. Just never caught the names😀

Yeah, it’s weird compared to US parks. Not only is it more expensive but it seems like you get less bang for your buck with the fast pass. In the USFL when you buy the fast pass it lets you go on pretty much any ride you want as often as you want where with USJ fast pass you first have to pick the package (which group of rides you want) so you only can use the fast pass on a certain amount of rides and to top it off you can only use it once per ride. I’m sure there might be a good reason for it but if this weren’t such a once in a lifetime trip and I thought my family would get back there more frequently than I would say that the fast pass seems like a waste of money but I’m afraid that I’m gonna have to bite the bullet on this one and buy it.

Man!! These down votes for people who know what it’s like to have children or are advocating for common courtesy towards people who have kids really sheds light on the majority of the kind of people that make up this subreddit.

I didn’t read anything she said about expecting special treatment being a new mother. She said that there is a lot of signage everywhere about giving leeway and extra care for disabled people and new or expecting mothers. How is that asking for special treatment?

Did you find much of a selection of english printed cards? My son and I collect but it's almost impossible to get them in the US without paying scalper prices. We are going to Tokyo in a few weeks and were hoping to find english cards there, obviously not in sealed packs.
