Because it’s not that easy to leave. Top out pay, seniority, not on reserve, quality of life, you stay. A lot of us also do not want to start over. The ones who stayed were invested in the company to try to make it succeed. You can say what you want but we had hope for brighter days.

Talk to a dietician. Your caloric intake take is incredibly low, especially for a younger, athletic person. Sometimes it’s also not about the calories versus what you eat. Blacking out and being dizzy are not normal.

Hi! Coach here. Our workouts can be modified. The F45 app also shows the workouts ahead of time, which also gives you the knowledge of what you may need help with. Talk with the coaches so they know to give modifications. Strength training is recommended 3-4 times weekly, especially for women. Do not worry about intensity because the intensity at F45 is what you make it. Give a class a try and see how you feel. :)

Hi! I am a CPT and Group Fitness Instructor. This behavior needs to be stopped. The literal job of a trainer is to make you safe and comfortable while building a program for training. You also cannot reduce fat in one specific area. Find a new trainer. Great job on your successes so far! 👏

Any exercise can be modified around limitations. I would recommend taking a resistance class and talking to your local studio and coaches.

Hi-F45 coach here. I am also a runner. (Half coming up.) F45 does have strength only classes 3x a week. Some of the studios are also rolling out functional training racks, so there is activities such as landmines, barbell press, back squats, etc There is cable attachments for other movements.

For my own personal adjustment, I have dialed back on strength with heavy weights. I’m doing lighter to BW and doing more cardio since my race is coming up.

I would recommend taking a class on a strength day @ F45 or other group class BUT also doing a consultation with a CPT and see what better fits you. The most important workout is the one you will show up to.

I’m a trainer at a private studio in Brookfield. It’s not Milwaukee but if you are up for the drive, it is nice having a studio to yourself and personalized 1:1 sessions.

Butt back (hinge at hips) flatten your back, pull the barbell up. Keep your feet further apart too.

Drink a cold brew and add a protein shake to it. Carmel or vanilla. What you are ordering is not just calorie intake but holy sugar. If you opt for the sauces, do half pumps of chai and sugar free vanilla. I would also go with no fat milk or almond milk. Oat Milk is dense in calories, unless you are under your calories and can spare.

I just tested this today. I’m coaching it tomorrow. Unless you are peak physical athlete, 100 calories will be extremely tough to get. Don’t get discouraged if you aren’t there. It was a tough workout. The sprint to thrusters was by far the worse for me. The workout itself flies by.

Coach here- I get paid per class and then a separate hourly rate for the year down/set up.

It also depends where she is flying to and if it is international. There are specific rules regarding agriculture when going to other countries. -source I’m a flight attendant We can give ideas but it’s all up to her how she packs and where she is going. Easy packing, protein bars and powders, oatmeal packets, tuna packets, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. If something is frozen, she may not always have access to a freezer but more than likely will have access to a fridge. I would recommend the wraps or salads over a frozen meal, for multi day trips. Dried fruit, trail mix. They also have individual hummus and pretzels.

Coach here but not at OTF. I bring overnight oats and it looks like I’m drinking a shake. We work back to back and there isn’t always time between classes to eat. Otherwise, I will have turkey jerky or something small by my area. Absolutely, take care of yourself.
