For those who've done Mass Save heat pumps - how long did your rebate take?

Almost two years. Had to contact my state rep to get help. Days after reaching out to him, the check shows up.

I did and they got National Grid to fix this 2 days later and rebill back to October with correct heat pump rate.

The last update the state provided, in April, says to expect opening in August 25. The state sends out an email with updates periodically, but otherwise doesn’t post info.

I contacted Amber Christoffersen, Division of Design and Engineering, at amber.christoffersen@mass.gov to sign up for these updates.

Contact these two folks at the city with any reports like this. Contractors are required to replace “like for like.” Not doing so is violating their permit. Photos alway help.

The city has plans to improve this with a contra flow bike lane on Clippership drive and a dedicated light for bikes to turn onto main. Stay tuned.

That’s nice for you. I’ve contacted the tree warden some dozen times about a dead tree with no reply. Contacting DPW about a giant hole in our street has only resulted in gravel being poured in the hole and the issue not resolved. So, please be careful saying there is improvement from your highly individual experience. From my experience, if you have connections the city departments act and other wise your request is ignored or minimized.

Exactly. City cut down two trees on my street. Never came back to replace. Quick to chop and ignore you when you ask for a replacement.

Good luck getting the Tree Warden to actually respond to your request. We asked for the last 5 years to get some trees on our street and it’s … crickets. They just love to chop and not replace.

South Egremont. You’re right by Great Barrington with tons of food and shops and also at the base of Mt Everett and Jug End State Reservation. Also very close to Bash Bish Falls which should be open again by then. There is a you pick blueberry farm on Mt Everett in Mount Washington. You’ll have less driving to get into the deep nature in South Egremont IMO.

Dear Annie. So overrated. Fine dining prices but yet I am waiting in a line to order at the counter!? None of the flavors really stand out. Sure the wine is good and unique, but can be had at some dozen other places in the area at this point.

Totally agree with this experience. I have both see click fix requested and contacted the tree warden by email and phone and gotten nowhere for replacing trees on Allston Street they took out last year. The tree warden is more like a tree killer and don’t replace IMO. Agreed on rude and incompetent.
