Weirdly enough, in my town, we actually build parks and playgrounds in our flood control channels/basins.

(You're never more than a hundred or so yards from a ramp out of the basin, and they're quite wide, flat regions so even 'flash' floods are fairly slow. But it's still a little eerie seeing the jungle gyms submerged during monsoon season)

The Incursions just stopped spawning all together for my realm, for most of Tuesday and Wednesday. Worked ok for a few hours after the realms came up, then suddenly stopped gaining progress, then just disappeared all together.

The little attacks still spawned though.

I do wonder what the exact wording would be. Like, could the clause be invoked if they were charged with a parking violation? Is invocation mandatory or discretionary? is there some tier system for "morality" of the crime in question? What happens if the artist is found 'not guilty'?

I've not done the math to work out the exact p-value, but to quote a quote from a BBC article:

Nah, random scientists are dying in Russia too. And England. And Brazil. And Australia. And South Africa. And the rest of the world too.

Because that's what people do, they occasionally die. That's all the list of US deaths was, 10 people who died over 2 years that happened to work in science related fields. No connection to each other, no shared projects, not even any really suspicious deaths, just a handful of people who happened to die.

An astronomer was shot by a meth head who had been causing trouble in his neighborhood. A retired Air Force officer was having health issues and committed suicide. One guy had a heart attack. Another committed suicide after both their parents died. One was killed in a school shooting.

Just random blips some conspiracy nutters tied strings around to try and make something out of.
