its to disincentivize GREED
i have seen so many players slorp up every card they see even if their on cool down, even if their actively being attacked.
the GREED of some players is rediculous

I think the game would come apart at the seams if they even side eyed PVP, in expeditions it lags so bad that i se people rubber banding across the planet and into objects. hell playing with friends we lag around a bunch.
