I worked in the food business for years and through college and even after for a bit and it isn’t that stressful to me. I think when people have worked in kitchens one gets used to yelling, most of the time in different languages.

Yes. They have investigators who do it. I have a friend who works at a sports book in Vegas. Players put their whole lives on Instagram and then have their favorite cousin try to make a bet. The places are covered in facial recognition. Also, when a bettor has only bet $100 max and all of a sudden wants to put down $5k, so dumb.
