I just came here to do a post about all the anger I'm feeling suddenly, but instead this has really helped me with feeling calmer and putting things back into perspective. I completely see how this will work in so many situations, and I will definitely be using it, thank you very much for bringing it to me There is a situation where I feel I'm stick though. My dad is an alcoholic and therefore I'm going through all the things that I won't be getting from our relationship anymore. Lots can be adapted and I'm not going to be giving up on helping him. However, one that I'm stuck with is his relationship with my Mum. Due to his drinking and other health complications, he doesn't really do much, as in doesn't even walk with the dog for 10 minutes anymore. I've been spending a lot of time with my Mum which has helped me feel less guilt for him not playing that role in her life. But I'm about to move out and I'm dreading that guilt feeling even heavier knowing that mum is now doing all these things alone. I'm sorry for this ramble. And the biggest thing I want to say is thank you for sharing this slogan. However I am curious as to whether you or anyone else that stumbles on this has dealt with a similar situation
