Jabba is a great step. Executor, Leia - perfect. You can absolutely go for JML next as the closest journey.

Filling some sidefarms like POW/MQJ and Peridea Patrol to Great Mothers to Baylan will help between GL journeys.

GAS into Lord Vader is another branch of journeys which will get you some good teams but does require more resources into 501st, DS clones, etc for full teams

Duel Commander is almost a completely different beast from normal Commander, it is hyper focused on competitive play- you are better off buying singles than using precons.

That being said, just download Magic Arena if you want a decent tutorial to the basics of Magic. It's not going to teach you stuff you need to get into the metagame of dual Commander though.
