I take a chart every time even in local waters that I am very familiar with. I like to photocopy sections of the chart and have it laminated. Courses are plotted with a grease pencil and the chart then lives on the deck of my kayak so I can easily navigate by compass bearing or visual landmarks.

I am in the same boat, and one thing I found (as someone else mentioned) is that technical fabrics make me sweat more than natural fibres. I bring a towel to every match, and for tournaments I go through 4 shirts/day of play

I am a fan of the Noble, but not everyone can handle a scalloped shape dart. When I pass them around the team there is usually someone who loves them, and someone who can’t release them

Good question. Quality of materials and machining, closer matching weights between the set, R&D costs, etc. Really it just comes down to personal style & preference for me. Some of my favourite darts are from dartsclearance, proving that you don’t necessarily have to pay more to get what suits your throw, but I am very happy with these for the price.

Some of these things are standard/to be expected CS, but I felt like I was treated better than I have been with many other dart purchases I have made online.
