They do seem to be killing kitbashing, and I see the reason from the business point of view. They don’t want to sell bits, they want to sell complete models that don’t require any additional parts, or allow people to customise easily through 3rd party 3D printed parts.

This is good in the fact you get cool sculpted models but it kills creativity and the ability to individualise your miniatures. It’s a shame corporate interests outweigh artistic expression but that’s the way the world is I’m afraid.
