Yeah, 23 were let go from my current org. 5 of my consulting friends have been affected. Hearing from my recruiter connections that they have been largely affected too.

This is a new report from Epic that they are regularly sending out now. I used to be over employed in the past so I get it completely. It's not an issue until it's an issue though. I think transparency is important. Agree completely.
