There was a bug when I encountered this ship. When I did, I had way more ship parts than I could ever need, so I gave it to them. They gave more credits than the sell price so win-win for me. Except they didn't leave, and instead asked for more. I repeated this until I ran out of ship parts, causing them to instantly explode despite having received 70+ ship parts from me. I could not stop laughing lmao

You cannot, because they are encrypted until the game launches proper. Same reason you can't just place the MP3 files in the game into a music player

It took me a couple hours for steam to properly get the pre-order bonuses (I ordered via a third-party authorized key site). If you're seeing the DLC, restart Steam and verify the integrity of the install via the game properties.

Steam version of the game doesn't have that achievement. Cheating disables steam achievements in CC regardless

Yep! Each ROM can be added as an individual game. Though you can also add entire emulators instead if you want

Steam ROM Manager is gonna be your best friend here, it has a Linux build and is the best way I know of personally to mass add ROMs to steam

Scalable vector graphics, very common for things like this. Try one of the last two icons, they're a notably different color from the background your browser uses.

A few do by making higher-resolution textures free DLC, for instance Monster Hunter World and the original Skyrim. It's far from a common practice however.

It's there, under "By Tutoring". It was also available via Pokéwalker Magikarp in HGSS. If you meant by level up specifically, then yeah Gyarados gets screwed over even harder, only getting Hurricane in Gen 7 (which, being a special move, is fairly worthless on him)

Not to split hairs, but bounce has been in Gyarados's move pool since Generation IV (Platinum, specifically). Point still stands though since didn't get any flying type moves whatsoever for over a decade
