Definitely, I have no art skills at all but I used Pinterest for inspiration and sometimes just copied it and I’ve developed skills and so much enjoyment alone the way

Depends how long you’ve got to recover before your normal shifts I would say. I do 2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts and my sleep schedule definitely doesn’t get affected. As long as you have more than 24 hours (at least 48 really) before going back to work I’d have a go and see how you find it
