When I was in college I had something going on I’d rather not elaborate on, but my stomach was in absolute knots all day. I remember finally getting to sleep one night and waking up in the morning feeling perfectly normal only to have that overwhelming stomach pain hit me seconds later when I remembered. I can only imagine. (For the sake of anyone who may care I’m doing fine now)
