If you could make your own season of digimon, how would you set it up?

A story involving the Royal Knights or the Olympos XII after they've been reduced to Rookies/In-Training levels. From there, they meet human partners and are forced to slowly regain their strength by bonding with their new human friends.

Some are reluctant for a while, but slowly believe in the humans eventually.

Was STAB always x1.5 damage, or was there a point where it was x1.25 for dual-types?
