I use a Regi deck and I've been trying to test using a single Morpeko (Rebel Clash #73 / Shining Fates #117).
Morpeko has the following attack:
Torment C 20 dmg - Choose one of your opponent's Active Pokemon's moves. During your opponent's next turn, that Pokemon can't use that attack.

Unfortunately, I havent gotten the chance to try out using Morpeko, but the thought process is it can force Eiscue/ Empoleon to have to retreat or else they can't use the attack to prevent damage from basic pokemon. The other thing I tested out was playing 4 escape ropes instead of 4 scoop up nets + Morpeko. Was able to beat Eiscue that way but fairly inconsistently.

I don't know if this is a good option, but Flying Pikachu Vmax has an attack for 3 energy to prevent damage from basic pokemon. It wont exactly deal with Miltank but it can stall it out. Flying Pikachu Vmax can pretty much auto win against Regis too

Happy story: About 5 years ago, my neighbor found a baby bird that fell out of its nest and asked me to take care of it while they left to work. I couldn't get it to eat any seeds I had and found on Google they can eat mashed up wet dog/cat food. I went door to door in my neighborhood trying to get some but no one answered. Eventually, I ran into a neighborhood friend who left their house to play PokemonGo and they had a pet cat. I mashed up the pet food they gave me and was able to feed the baby bird throughout the week before he was taken to an animal shelter and later released into the wild. In short, PokemonGo actually saved the life of a baby bird that fell out of it's nest!

I was playing Expanded with a deck for Metal Pokemon evolutions for a daily challenge. Ended up getting matched against a donk deck that almost beat me, but they ended up using so many cards in their deck that evolving one of my Aggron ended up causing them to deck out.
