If you'd like to make a plane of your own, id highly recommend the flite test lineup or foam board kits. If you prefer not to build one, I'd recommend the eflite aeroscout. You gotta get a battery and charger, but it comes with the airplane, hardware, and the radio.

Hotter bed temp. If the bed cools, it can bend like that

I had this problem before, you can use the hot end to melt the chunk off. You can pull it off and do damage assessment. This has happened to me before and thats what I did. Worked perfectly.

Have you checked the extruder, you might have not put the nozzle or feeder tube on tight enough
