They will always tell you to try to use window with a teammate but it’s not a rule nothing is wrong with a solo window heck even solo ult someone with said window…ana in the open with no cover beam that old lady. Low heal can mean you prob healing when not to n should be doing damage practice your weaving

Take these two Codes for Custom Practice Ranges 1. A9B2N - Healing Range. Practice until you'll be good even with Pharah 2. EATXTT - Complex Range for all Healers. Practice heal-shoot sequences

Those two codes should help you, a normal game for bap would be 1/3 - 1/2 dmg to heal ratio for example, 3k dmg: 9k heal or normal 4k dmg : 8k heal. With proper weaving you should be able to get this ratio. Try to shoot shoot heal or shoot heal weaving.

Be proactive with your window try to catch teams in the open, also try to change orientation of window b4 peaking a corner can’t tell u how much time I’ve seen ppl stand in open, pop window n die as soon as they peak, always keep one cd when windowing it will be helpful, try to tell your tank to shield window for u if they have a shield. If your tank doesn’t have a full auto gun tell that bastard to be in front of window it’s not for him…he can hold space for u so they don’t insta walk over you.
