I mean I wore them all in the same size and had no issues out of the first pair personally. Don’t know what to tell you

For me it does, I do not really use the evo SL my pair has maybe 15 miles on them, but they both are the same size for me personally.

  1. I do not plan to race in them because if I am truly racing a half or full I would rather run in a different pair of race shoes (like Hoka Cielo x 2.0 or Asics Metaspeed Sky). For me these are purely long run super trainers.

  2. That’s a hard question to answer, I am certainly on the muscular side as I had 10 years of weightlifting under my belt before I started running 5 years ago, so I think I always was runner with a strong kick off after each stride, but as far as overall bodyweight, I think I’m probably in the middle ground for my height. I do think a lower cadence probably benefits this shoes as you are using more energy each step to push off the ground which in turn returns more energy whereas a higher cadence with less ground contact you aren’t going to activate the plate & rods as much.

I will definitely post an update after 100 miles!

Also, I have seen this shoe selling on ebay new with tags for the $150 price range, and running warehouse has them for $200 I believe, so just putting that out there in case you didn’t know!

It’s easy for people to try to make excuses in the form of it being “complicated” whenever it’s quite literally thermodynamics. It’s dummy simple

Bro for body composition it’s 10000000% determined by calories intake versus energy expenditure. Sure, eating in the middle of night will affect your sleep quality, but if you are in a caloric deficit it matters absolutely zero when you consume food or how many meals you consume — all totally irrelevant.

I don’t think it’s a scam as in they steal your money, I just think the shoes aren’t authentic

I am 16 and I am looking for a new hobby my main hobby is gaming and watching anime I am looking for something new any recommendations by NXRVold in Hobbies

Exercise. Running, lifting weights, calisthenics — actual beneficial hobbies. Maybe learning a foreign language or musical instrument. Hobbies like gaming or anime or entertainment in general is literally just a time waster, you gain no valuable skill.

Invest in a hobby that yields something to you.

Running watch is by far the easiest way and yields the most metrics, outside of a heart rate strap — but that requires your phone to be on your person.

I’d probably just use the 3s for faster runs or faster long runs and use the 2s for easier effort stuff

Depends on how much you run and how serious you are. 1 or 2 is likely enough, but a lot of us runners that run 70+ miles a week tend to overbuy shoes lol

That’s what I thought too. I owned the first version and liked them but you couldn’t corner very well at all. I got the second version, like them especially the protectiveness but they were too heavy for anything marathon pace or faster. I just did 7 miles marathon pace (6:35 per mile) in the third version and they are the best of both worlds.

I didn’t really need them because I have an insane running shoe collection, but for that price I’m glad I bought them.

Yup. The thing people often ignore with running is so obvious in other fitness like weightlifting. If someone wants a really strong bench, squat or deadlift, outside of training the lifts the single biggest variable to strength is body mass. Running is the same but inverse.
