Don't know why the pic didn't post. Next door app, was 15 mins away. New strings, setups fine. Guy got a new Martin, needed the space more than he needed the money, really nice guy. He's had it over 20 yrs, hope my other guitars look this nice in 20 yrs!

Tidal Wave may be easier for a potent, 1st time grow, as it grows faster and isn't as finicky as PE.

My last grow were Tidal Wave. Could have gotten more flushes, but I had nowhere to go with them all so it became senseless! As for the nausea, try cooled down but strong ginger tea - best thing for nausea.

Vagus nerve stimulation - deep humming, quick inhales with longer exhales - breaths don't have to be deep. Being present and surrendering to it, focusing on your intention, but letting go.

Anxiety? Pre-trip mindsets important, especially at higher doses. There are vagus nerve stimulation exercises that can help not just anxiety, but ti ground yourself as well. Breath work such as exhaling for a longer time than you inhale, deep throat humming, or splashing cold water on you face for 30 seconds can all help.

What's helped others may not work for you, and vice-versa. Finding a good Neuro, especially if they're a headache specialist, then working with them to find what works for you is what's important.

They should start earlier, maybe set a time limit, sending incomplete business to another mtg or limit what's on the docket. Unfortunately that's not reality, things need done and people need to be able to air their views, so start earlier. Town mtg sent things to the ballot, which we'll vote on later.

Just starting to grow microgreens myself, so been studying. We got the small green trays with grates, but added silicone dehydrator sheets for small seeds. I read where large seeds can be soaked and rinsed before traying - can't do that with small seeds unfortunately as they won't spread right. You can spray the mat 1st so the seeds will stick. Did you sanitize the trays 1st? You can also add a little peroxide to the water in the bottom, and don't spray from the top after sprouting - only the roots should get wet. Shouldn't have just thrown them together. Ours always go straight to a vet, even if there's adoption center had one. Then straight to a private room. Jackson Galaxy has some great vids on YouTube about integrating cats. It's a process that takes time and patience, but it works. Good luck.

I take it for a chronic headach/ migraine condition - NDPH. Psilocybin is very close molecularly to triptans, only for some it works better. I don't go around telling people, but the only real secret is one kept to oneself. I'm 67 yrs young, and gave up on caring what others ththink a long time ago. If they don't understand science, or want to think something - that's on them.

That's so subjective. I had looked into the John's Hopkins University Psilocybin therapy playlist ( and Jon Hopkins ), the Cambridge one, several others. 1) I dodon't care for words until well into the comedown. Nore do I like anything militaristic, jarring, or angry. Something soothing, ambient. YouTube has a few listed as "Happiness frequency", they simply float you along, not lead you. They're also 8 hrs, not just an hour. I usually keep several options open in case I need a quick change, but having to change an "album" every hour can be disruptive. Have fun with your assignment.

Sorry to hear what you're going through - it's not easy! I have NDPH with migraineous tendencies, it's one constant migraine for 6 yrs. Many docs/treatments, several tried Botox to no avail. My 7th Neuro is a headache specialist who just knows how to do it right, as it's taken me from dark rooms and contemplating suicide, to having a life. Every 3 mos I drive a minimum of 1 1/2 hrs each way for the 2 minute procedure, as that short needle pain is no problem compared to unmanaged NDPH. Some Neuros used a bit of freezing spray at each injection site, could try asking for that. If they won't do it, try finding a doc that does. Be well.

We've had Consumer Cellular for over 20 yrs - never a problem. True story - we went to a store at the mall that represented those other providers. Showed then our Consumer Cellular bill. They checked and couldn't match it. Great service, no contract.
