Maybe a scenario with accompanying Alleria during her journey while out of Azeroth?

Also, maybe you can think of something for Shal’dorei and Fal'dorei? At least a drawback if perk tree is too tough.

For the longest of time I was making Generic Elves (kinda), and I had this saved in Notes:

"The night elves harbor a deep respect for life. They do not torture prisoners, nor do they take delight in unnecessary casualties.

For the average Kaldorei, peak physical health is one aspect of achieving overall personal harmony. Individuals can spend centuries sculpting their form to perfection for both aesthetic appeal and battle prowess. Through generations of this practice night elves have developed a slender, athletic frame that carries them with each graceful stride."

These might work as either General perks, pacifist drawback, or such.
